Freiburg (dpa / lsw) - SC Freiburg wants to maintain its flawless away record in the current season of the Bundesliga. The people of Baden are aiming for their third win in their third game abroad at Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday (3:30 p.m. / Sky).
SC coach Christian Streich warned in advance of the ambitious Leverkusen team, who started with three defeats but recently celebrated their first win in Mainz. "I hope that we can slow down their game against Leverkusen," said the 57-year-old before the duel with the Champions League participants.
Midfielder Maximilian Eggestein returns to the Freiburg squad two weeks after breaking his wrist. Streich left open whether the 25-year-old will also be in the starting XI.
