Baden-Baden (dpa / lsw) - In the Baden-Baden trial for the murder of a six-year-old, the mother of the girl who was killed testified. Via video transmission, so that she did not have to be confronted with the accused, she described the last day with her daughter before the district court on Thursday. They went to the playground together, where they met the playground friend and his father. It wasn't planned, but the children begged so much that they could sleep together. That's why she agreed.
When she said goodbye, she gave her daughter one last kiss. "I hugged her and told her we'll see each other again tomorrow," the 35-year-old said through tears. She never saw her child alive again. The father of the playground friend has to answer before the Baden-Baden district court for murder, among other things. He is said to have killed the girl on the night of December 19 last year and attacked the corpse. The prosecutor's pleading took place behind closed doors on Thursday, as did large parts of the trial.
