Baden-Württemberg: Hoffenheim extends contract with offensive talent Asllani

Zuzenhausen (dpa/lsw) - TSG 1899 Hoffenheim has prematurely extended the contract with storm talent Fisnik Asllani by two years until June 30, 2026. "Fisnik combines talent, goal threat and physical presence - taken together, these components give him a highly interesting striker profile of a classic number 9," said sports director Alexander Rosen in a statement from the Bundesliga soccer club on Friday. The 20-year-old German youth international has been playing in Kraichgau since 2020 and has been part of the professional squad since January. Asllani has made two brief appearances in the Bundesliga so far.
