Ellwangen (dpa / lsw) - Several people were injured in an argument in the initial reception center for refugees in Ellwangen. As a police spokesman said, according to initial findings on Friday evening, three people got into an argument with a 19-year-old. With this, three other people would have shown solidarity and participated in the conflict. The young man and his supporters were injured and taken to a hospital. The background to the dispute was initially unclear.

Numerous residents of the refugee accommodation in Ostalbkreis had followed the dispute. The mood was heated and aggressive. However, the security service was able to calm the situation before the police arrived with around 60 emergency services. Two of the three men who got into a fight with the 19-year-old were arrested. The third is fleeting.

It was only on Wednesday evening that there was a major police operation in the state initial reception in Ellwangen, because around 100 people armed with iron bars and broken glass bottles, among other things, got into an argument. According to initial information from the police, there were no injuries.
