Baden-Württemberg: Man caught with more than three per thousand on an e-scooter

Radolfzell (dpa / lsw) - A man was caught with more than three parts per thousand alcohol on an e-scooter in Radolfzell on Lake Constance. The 29-year-old went online during a traffic check shortly before midnight, the police said on Tuesday. He is now facing criminal charges for drunk driving. The offense usually carries a fine or up to a year in prison under the Criminal Code.
