Baden-Württemberg: runaway Nandu in the neighbor's garden

Baden-Baden (dpa / lsw) - A Nandu got lost in a garden in Baden-Baden. A resident spotted the flightless bird in his neighbor's yard on Thursday and called the authorities. According to police, officials could see the animal but could not catch it. The bird disappeared towards the forest. It was initially unclear who it belonged to and where it came from. Officials asked the owner to get in touch with them.
