Baden-Württemberg: Schwenningen borrows ice hockey striker Neumann

Villingen-Schwenningen (dpa/lsw) - The Schwenninger Wild Wings have brought in a newcomer to fight for league status in the German Ice Hockey League (DEL). The 20-year-old striker Daniel Neumann comes on loan until the end of the season, the third from bottom of the DEL announced on Wednesday. Neumann is moving from the Swiss first division team EV Zug to Schwenningen and could make his debut for coach Harold Kreis' team against Augsburg on Friday. Before moving to Switzerland, he played for the Wild Wings in his youth.
