Baden-Württemberg: seriously injured in an accident between two trucks

Aalen (dpa / lsw) - A 29-year-old truck driver was seriously injured in a collision with another truck on Landstraße 2218 (Schwäbisch Hall district). The man got into oncoming traffic on Tuesday between Bergbronn and Neustädtlein in a sharp left turn, according to the Aalen police. He crashed into an oncoming truck and finally came to a standstill on a green strip. The 29-year-old was seriously injured and taken to a hospital. The 58-year-old driver of the other truck was unharmed, a police spokesman said. Because of the rescue work, the country road was completely closed until the evening.
