Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - Around 27 years after a bloody crime on a woman in Sindelfingen (Böblingen district), a now 72-year-old man has to answer again from Wednesday (9:00 a.m.) for the same case in court. The pensioner had already been sentenced to life imprisonment by the Stuttgart Regional Court in July 2021. In 1995 he attacked and stabbed a woman at an S-Bahn station. However, the Federal Court of Justice overturned the judgment and referred the case back.
