Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - The employers' association Südwestmetall gets a new general manager. The previous Bosch manager Oliver Barta is to take over the business from Peer-Michael Dick on April 1, 2023, as the association announced on Tuesday in Stuttgart. Dick had recently been involved in the negotiations for a pilot wage agreement for the nationwide metal and electrical industry.
Barta was previously responsible for international HR work for Bosch Thermotechnik based in Wetzlar. He has been a member of the Board of Management of Hessenmetall for over ten years and was most recently the negotiator for collective bargaining in the Mitte district.
