The company wants to stay at the Allmendingen site. However, it is still too early to estimate when and to what extent production can be resumed. You are in contact with insurance companies and the authorities to ensure wage and salary payments. "Unfortunately, around 170 employees are still released until further notice. However, their salaries will remain the same," said the spokesman.

Employees from Allmendingen are used in various functions. "The central areas such as sales, purchasing, industrial engineering, IT, human resources, financial accounting and controlling are currently located in our plant in Laupheim." The trainees therefore continue at the vocational school in Ehingen.

A week after the fire, the police still have no information on the cause of the fire. 275 firefighters were involved in the major fire - five of them were injured. There were several explosions during the extinguishing work. The police estimated the damage at more than 200 million euros.
