Although the temporary dismissal was illegal after a decision by the Administrative Court, official business can only be resumed once the judgment has become final, as the district office of the Main-Tauber district announced on Friday.
The Baden-Württemberg Administrative Court had previously announced its verdict that Naber's temporary removal from office violated the law. For example, an employee of the district office was involved in the process, against whom there is a justified concern of bias. In addition, the authority did not hear Naber in the process, the administrative court ruled. He thus confirmed a decision of the Stuttgart Administrative Court.
No appeal is possible against the decision of the Administrative Court. However, an appeal against the non-admission can be lodged with the Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig within one month.
