Emmingen-Liptingen (dpa / lsw) - A 72-year-old tractor driver was fatally injured in a collision with a car in Emmingen-Liptingen (Tuttlingen district). According to the police, the man collided with the car of a 69-year-old on Friday at a junction on a connecting route that was only approved for agricultural vehicles. In the collision, the tractor ran over the front of the car and overturned. Despite immediate action by a first aider and rescue workers, the 72-year-old succumbed to his serious injuries at the scene of the accident. The driver and his wife, who was sitting next to him, were unharmed, police said.
