Abtsgmünd (dpa / lsw) - The driver of a semi-trailer truck left the road with his vehicle near Abtsgmünd (Ostalbkreis). He was badly injured. According to the police, the 37-year-old veered off to the right in a left-hand bend on Saturday morning for reasons that were not yet clear. The truck ran over the crash barrier and rolled over onto its side, along with the trailer loaded with earth. Other road users helped the driver out of the cab. He was taken to a clinic. The police estimated the damage at around 55,000 euros.
