Neuenstein (dpa / lsw) - A tree trunk laid on a rally route led to an accident in which two were injured in the Hohenlohe district. The vehicles of two participants in the motorsport event were damaged and the drivers injured, the police said on Monday.
The previously unknown perpetrator put the trunk on the road in Neuenstein around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, whereupon a 27-year-old and a 31-year-old drove over it at speeds of around 100 kilometers per hour and their vehicles skidded. Both men suffered minor injuries, police said.
