Kirchheim (dpa / lsw) - Two young people are probably responsible for the theft in a car workshop in Kirchheim (Esslingen district). Now the police are investigating whether the two could have committed further burglaries. A 15-year-old suspect is at large, a 16-year-old known to the police is in custody, the police said on Friday.
The duo is suspected of having forced entry to a car repair shop a few days ago and having stolen several vehicle registration documents. It is currently being determined whether the two suspects also broke into discotheques, restaurants and car companies in Kirchheim.
The two were noticed after the alleged theft in the workshop of a patrol car crew. During searches of the apartment, the officers seized evidence, including suspected stolen goods.
