Bavaria: 26-year-old hit by car and died

Walkertshofen (dpa / lby) - A 26-year-old was hit by a car in the district of Nuremberg and died in the hospital. The man was out with friends on a street near Walkertshofen on Sunday morning, a police spokesman said on Monday. An 82-year-old driver noticed this too late and caught the 26-year-old, who is said to have walked in the middle of the opposite lane. His friends and the senior provided first aid. The next day, the 26-year-old died in hospital due to his serious injuries.
