Bundorf (dpa / lby) - A 63-year-old motorcyclist died in an accident in Lower Franconia on Monday. As the police said, the man lost control of his two-wheeler for reasons that are still unclear, came off the road and crashed into a water passage next to the road.
The 63-year-old and another motorcyclist had previously stopped on state road 2275 near Bundorf (Hassberge district). The 63-year-old was said to have been stung by a bee on the neck. The two men drove on anyway. The police are now investigating whether the bee sting could have played a role. The other biker was in shock.
