Bavaria: 81-year-old missing after swimming in the lake: body found

Feucht (dpa / lby) - An 81-year-old was rescued dead from a lake in Central Franconia. Apparently the man drowned in Jägersee near Feucht (Nuremberg Land), as the police announced on Sunday. He had already gone swimming on his bike on Thursday and had not come back. His wife then reported him missing on Friday. Emergency services found the man's body in the water the same day. The police have started the investigation and, according to initial findings, do not assume a violent crime.
