Essenbach (dpa / lby) - In Lower Bavaria, unknown persons blew up an ATM and fled with cash. The Bavarian State Criminal Police Office did not disclose the amount of money stolen on Friday, so as not to motivate imitators. The material damage caused by the blast in Essenbach (Landshut district) on Friday night amounts to around 200,000 euros.

According to the State Criminal Police Office, there was also an apartment in the damaged building, which was mainly used for commercial purposes. Local residents were not injured by the explosion.
