Bechhofen (dpa/lby) - On the morning of New Year's Day, the roof structure of a single-family house caught fire in Bechhofen in the Ansbach district. The cause was not initially known, as the police announced on Sunday. The Ansbacher Kripo determine. So far there is no evidence of arson. Residents of the house noticed the fire and called the fire department. The emergency services from the surrounding communities moved in and extinguished the flames. Nobody got hurt. The police estimate the damage at around 100,000 euros.
