Bavaria: bridal bouquet causes a rear-end collision

Fürth (dpa / lby) - The bridal bouquet was to blame: a person in Fürth was injured in a rear-end collision in a convoy of a wedding party. The wedding party was walking down a street when the bouquet attached to the car fell loose and onto the street, a police spokesman said on Monday. The accident happened on Sunday evening because a car driving behind braked. Fortunately, the injured person only had to be treated on an outpatient basis and was then able to leave the hospital. The newly married couple's car was not involved. The police could not provide any more precise information on the identities of the revelers.
