Bamberg (dpa / lby) - basketball professional Marvin Omuvwie will no longer play for the Bundesliga club Brose Bamberg. The contract was terminated by “mutual agreement”, as the Upper Franconians announced on Tuesday. The 25-year-old shooting guard came from BG Göttingen last season and played 23 games for Bamberg.
"Marvin was always there when he was needed and always put himself 100 percent at the service of the team and the club," said managing director Philipp Galewski, according to the club's announcement. Omuvwie's contract would have run until 2023. Spanish athletic trainer Roberto Molina is new to the club.
