from Friday afternoon. The continuous rain is expected to bring up to 60 liters of precipitation per square meter in the Allgäu and 90 liters in the Allgäu Alps within 48 hours, and even up to 140 liters in congested areas. According to the DWD, landslides, flooding and flooding of roads are possible dangers of continuous rain. For the Alpine peaks, the meteorologists expect hurricane-like gusts of wind, but gusts of 60 to 70 kilometers per hour can also occur in the high altitudes and in the lowlands.
