Bavaria: cyclist caught by tram: seriously injured

Munich (dpa / lby) - A 49-year-old cyclist was hit by a Munich tram and seriously injured. The woman crossed a street on Saturday and probably overlooked the train, the police said on Sunday. Despite several warning signals and rapid braking of the tram, the collision occurred. The 49-year-old was taken to a hospital. Neither passengers nor the driver were injured.
