Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lby) - The second round match in the DFB Cup between FC Augsburg and FC Bayern will also be shown on free TV. As the German Football Association (DFB) announced on Wednesday, the Bundesliga duel between Augsburg and the record winner from Munich will be shown on October 19 (8:45 p.m. / ZDF). The Darmstadt 98 game against Borussia Mönchengladbach will also be broadcast on free-to-air television. The game between the Hessian second division team and Gladbach will be shown on October 18 (8:45 p.m. / ARD).
At the same time, the DFB has scheduled all 16 cup games, all of which will be broadcast live on the pay-TV channel Sky, at exactly the right time.
1. FC Nürnberg from the 2nd Bundesliga has to play at fifth division club Stuttgarter Kickers on October 18 (6 p.m.). SSV Jahn Regensburg welcomes second division rivals Fortuna Düsseldorf on October 19 (8:45 p.m.).
The round of 16 and all other rounds on the way to the final in the Berlin Olympic Stadium on June 3rd will not follow until 2023.
