Bavaria: Driver drives against the crash barrier: full closure of the A98

Lörrach (dpa / lby) - A 21-year-old driver drove into a guardrail on the Autobahn 98 in the Lörrach district on Saturday morning and was seriously injured. Both lanes were temporarily closed completely, the police said. The young man had left the roadway for initially unknown reasons and had to be freed by the fire brigade. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The police are investigating.
