Augsburg (dpa / lby) - A 20-year-old died trying to climb drunk on the house facade to his apartment on the second floor. Local residents discovered the seriously injured man after hearing a loud bang on the street, police said on Monday. The 20-year-old was taken to a clinic after the fall on Sunday morning, but succumbed to his injuries there in the evening.
The investigators are currently assuming that the man wanted to climb the gutter to the second floor, among other things, in order to get into his apartment through an open window. At that height he probably slipped and fell.
