Bad Berneck in the Fichtelgebirge (dpa/lby) - A fire in Upper Franconia caused damage of 200,000 euros. The fire broke out late Thursday evening in an attached wooden shed in Bad Berneck in the Fichtelgebirge (Bayreuth district) and spread to the roof of the house, a police spokesman said on Friday morning. The cause of the fire is currently unclear. The two residents received outpatient treatment on site, no other people were injured. According to the information, more than 200 rescue workers were deployed. The house is currently uninhabitable.
