Sugenheim (dpa / lby) - After around 150 sheep and goats from a farmer kept walking to a strange pasture in the district of Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim, a complaint has now been filed. A police spokesman said on Thursday that the reason for this was the inadequate protection of the herd and the carelessness of the farmer. The grass on the strange pasture in Sugenheim seems tempting: the animals covered 250 meters on their walks to the "apparently greener pasture".

The ad is made because of the "extremely rare case" of grazing crime, as it was further said. The dispute between the farmers has been going on for a long time, and the veterinary office was also involved. The other farmer's sheep live in a fenced-off area on part of someone else's pasture.
