Munich (dpa/lby) - The last weekend of the Christmas holidays had mild weather in Bavaria again - hiking instead of skiing was therefore the leisure program for many people before school classes start again on Monday and the Christmas holiday ends. The sun showed up in many places on Saturday. For Monday, the German Weather Service (DWD) forecast temperatures of a maximum of four to ten degrees Celsius for the Free State. On the night of Tuesday there was showery precipitation in some areas, in some places it could also snow: the snowfall limit dropped to 700 to 400 meters.
