Munich (dpa/lby) - A previously unknown lottery player from Bavaria won more than 1.7 million euros with six correct winning numbers. Lotto Lower Saxony announced on Monday that the lottery ticket with the numbers 6, 10, 12, 13, 15 and 41 was issued in Upper Bavaria. This means that the player is entitled to exactly EUR 1,738,010.80.
A player from Schleswig-Holstein also got six correct numbers in the drawing on Saturday. In addition, a player from North Rhine-Westphalia also had the correct super number 5 on his slip, who thus won 9.78 million euros.
