Munich (dpa / lby) - EHC Red Bull Munich loses top goalkeeper Henrik Haukeland. The Norwegian national keeper is moving to Düsseldorfer EG for the next two seasons, as the Rhenish club from the German Ice Hockey League announced on Friday.
Munich only signed Haukeland in January from Swedish champions Färjestad BK. The 27-year-old then drew attention to himself with top performances.
The runners-up from Munich reacted to the long-awaited departure a few weeks ago by signing national goalkeeper Mathias Niederberger from Meister Eisbären Berlin.
