Bavaria: package release refused: woman jumps over the counter

Bad Königshofen (dpa / lby) - A woman "completely lost her composure" in a post office in the Rhön-Grabfeld district. The police announced on Friday. The 27-year-old woman wanted to pick up a package addressed to her at a branch in Bad Königshofen on Thursday. Since she could not present an identification document that matched her name in addition to the collection slip, the postal employee did not hand over the package. The woman then jumped over the counter, pushed the 58-year-old employee, grabbed the package and left the branch with it. The employee was slightly injured. The 27-year-old is now being investigated on suspicion of assault.
