Maxhütte-Haidhof (dpa / lby) - Several vehicles drove into each other on the A93 in the Upper Palatinate and a man was slightly injured. On Friday evening, the previously unknown driver of a semi-trailer truck overtook the car of a 46-year-old on the left and touched him, the police said. This then skidded on the A93 near Maxhütte-Haidhof (Schwandorf district) and crashed twice into the middle barrier.
The car stopped in the left lane and was no longer illuminated. The 46-year-old driver was not injured. The driver of the truck drove on, police said. Then there were two more accidents. A 44-year-old dodged the accident car with her car and drove into the motorhome of a 59-year-old standing in the right lane. No one was injured in this either.
A 48-year-old driver saw the 46-year-old's vehicle too late and swerved into the right lane. A 22-year-old hit him in the back and was slightly injured. Since the road was littered with car parts, a 34-year-old scratched the underbody of his car. A total of 15,000 euros was damaged.
