Nüdlingen (dpa / lby) - the police in Lower Franconia are "searching" for a stolen police car - but in child format. It is a small, blue electric car with the inscription "Police" that was stolen from a boy and has great ideal value for him, said the Bad Kissingen police inspection on Wednesday.
The children's car was parked in a carport in Nüdlingen next to a real car and then suddenly it wasn't there anymore. The little boy who owns the car is a police fan, explained a spokesman for the police inspection.
Because there is no trace of either the thief or the toy, the boy received a small amount of compensation: he was allowed to sit in a real police car and try out the siren and blue lights.
The police published a "mug photo" of the stolen electric car and, with the help of witnesses, hope to find the toy after all.
