Wunsiedel (dpa / lby) - Eight children in a minibus got away with the shock in a rear-end collision in Upper Franconia. A 47-year-old driver had to brake on Friday due to traffic, the police said on Saturday. A 53-year-old then drove his vehicle onto her car near Wunsiedel. The driver of the minibus behind did not brake in time either and drove into the man's car. The 44-year-old had eight children of primary school age on board. They suffered shock but were otherwise unharmed.
The three drivers of the vehicles were each taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Due to the number of people involved in the accident, two rescue helicopters were also deployed.
