Wörth am Main (dpa / lby) - On his birthday, the police took away both the music system and the television from a man in Lower Franconia. The 52-year-old celebrated far too loudly on Saturday morning in Wörth am Main and did not respond to the officials ringing, the police headquarters in Lower Franconia said on Sunday.
The fire department then opened the door. The man's music system was then secured. But there was no peace afterwards: a short time later, a patrol had to go out again because the 52-year-old was reportedly screaming loudly and listening to music on the television.
The police confiscated the TV and the power cable and threatened the man to be taken into custody. After that it was quiet in the apartment.
