Diebach (dpa / lby) - in an accident on the A7 in three trucks collided with each other - there was damage of around 100,000 euros. A 77-year-old temporary driver had overlooked the end of a traffic jam near Diebach (Ansbach district) on Friday and drove his truck into another truck at high speed, the police said on Sunday. According to initial findings by the police, the 77-year-old was fit to drive and had not exceeded the driving time. The hit truck started moving and collided with a truck in front of it.
The driver's cab of the person who caused the accident was pressed in about 70 centimeters, but the driver only suffered a bruised knee. The other people involved in the crash were unharmed, police said. The freeway was only open to one lane for three hours.
