Bavaria: trucks collide: damage more than 100,000 euros

Pocking (dpa/lby) - After a rear-end collision involving two articulated lorries, Autobahn 3 in Lower Bavaria has been closed from the Pocking junction in the direction of Regensburg. The accident on Wednesday caused damage of more than 100,000 euros, the police reported. Both trucks were no longer roadworthy. Nobody got hurt. A traffic jam formed over a length of several kilometers. The closure was expected to last until late afternoon.
