The two 16-year-old boys used a good opportunity, the police said on Tuesday. The owner parked her car just outside her apartment on Saturday to unload boxes. She left the key in there. As the woman stood at her front door, she saw two young men get into their car and drive away.
The pensioner called the police, who then initially searched for the car thieves without success. On Monday, the woman saw her car in a supermarket parking lot and called the police again. Shortly thereafter, the two 16-year-olds went to the vehicle and wanted to get in, officials arrested them for the time being. According to the information, the young people admitted the theft.
