Mindelheim (dpa / lby) - In the Unterallgäu, a 28-year-old woman fell off the balcony after a dispute with her husband and was seriously injured. As the police reported on Monday, the woman had fled the apartment in the Swabian town of Mindelheim, climbed over the parapet and fell from the second floor. She was flown to a clinic by helicopter, but her life is not in danger.
After the six meter fall on Friday evening, the police initially arrested the 33-year-old husband on suspicion of attempted homicide. However, the investigations of the Kripo showed that the woman fell without the participation of the man. The 33-year-old was therefore released again. However, after the argument in the shared apartment, further investigations are being carried out against him on suspicion of bodily harm.
