Bavaria: worker dies after falling from the roof

Fürth (dpa / lby) - A worker died after falling from a house roof in Fürth. The 42-year-old was busy with sheet metal work on a dormer on the roof when he fell for an unclear reason, the police said on Sunday. The man suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash on Saturday. He was taken to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The Kripo has taken over the investigation into the cause of the accident.
