Bavaria: World War II bomb found in Augsburg

Augsburg (dpa / lby) - A 250-kilogram bomb from the Second World War was found during excavation work in Augsburg. The explosive device should be defused on Tuesday, said a police spokesman. The area around the site will be cleared within a half kilometer radius. Several companies and residential buildings are said to be in the area. It is not yet clear how many people are affected.
