Kitzingen (dpa / lby) - A drunk 20-year-old chose an unlocked basement in Lower Franconia as a place to sleep and then had to free himself from it. The man had drunk in the night from Saturday to Sunday in the stranger's basement and fell asleep, the police said.
When he realized after waking up that the door was then locked, he broke into the apartment of a 48-year-old in Kitzingen. She called the police, who carried out a breath alcohol test at the scene. The result: 1.5 per thousand. The police took the 20-year-old to the office. He is now facing criminal proceedings for property damage and trespassing.
