Munich (dpa / lby) - FC Bayern fans are looking forward to the premiere training of the new star striker Sadio Mané in Munich. The 30-year-old Senegalese is expected on Friday (4 p.m.) for his first session since his transfer from Liverpool FC. The German soccer record champion has spent more than 30 million euros for Mané, his contract runs until the summer of 2025. In addition, the new right-back Noussair Mazraoui (formerly Ajax Amsterdam) should complete his first unit on Säbener Straße.
Coach Julian Nagelsmann expects the majority of his national players like Joshua Kimmich or Leon Goretzka to be back on the pitch on Friday. Due to construction work on Säbener Straße, the first units are not open to the public. However, fans can follow the entire first training session in the free live stream.
