Two stabbings in Belfast City Centre have resulted in the arrest of a 27-year old man.
Police were called by Bedford Street residents to report a fight at the scene on Saturday at 01:15 BST.
Ambulance personnel took a man to the hospital with multiple stab wounds to his chest and head.
According to police, a man with an open knife fled in the direction Amelia Street. Another man was also stabbed.
An ambulance crew treated the injured man for a cut to his upper chest.
According to police, neither man is believed to have suffered life-threatening injuries. They appealed to police for more information.
