Koerner confirmed, too, that a bench warrant had been issued in connection to the October sting operation.

Three suspects were arrested for allegedly going to a hotel to have sex. However, they unknowingly spoke with an officer online.

Koerner stated that Hansen should turn over the film to the defense within 14 days.
