Coulounieix-Chamiers: The Perigord craft workshop exhibits at the Izards

Like many other associations, the Perigord craft workshop (AAP), based in Coulounieix-Chamiers, has suffered from the Covid-19 pandemic. Everyone was able to return to work or to their passion of painting after the sanitary restrictions were lifted.

The Chateau des Izards will host a Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 June exhibition of the "step by step" work of Stephane Jadot (AAP professor). The 35 club members will exhibit nearly 65 paintings.

Since almost two years, managers at the Perigord artisanal workshops have changed. Francine Laizeau, yet another recent arrival, has succeeded Michele Gatabin.

90% of the workshop's participants are retired. Parity is not respected as only four men take part in the workshop. Two groups of classes (two groups) meet on Monday and Friday, from 2 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
