Faced with this situation, the government has planned to present a "Water Plan" in March, which should in particular encourage the French to practice certain gestures to limit their consumption, reports TF1 Info.

Hygiene and cleaning account for a very large majority of daily water consumption, around 93%. The baths remain one of the biggest expenses. Depending on the simulator, they require between 120 and 200 liters of water for each use. For comparison, that's four or even five showers.
